Cookie Policy
Below is the policy on how IONT tech stores cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files containing information that are downloaded to a visitor's computer, mobile or other device when they visit a website. These files allow the identification of the device and the correct display of the website to visitors, tailored to their individual preferences.
Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies to set and optimise the appropriate content of our website, taking into account the preferences of individual visitors. The information obtained helps us to analyse and subsequently improve the structure and content of our website.
In particular, we use cookies to:
- remember your account login details (e.g. so that you do not have to keep logging in to all subpages);
- o remember your settings (e.g. language choices, upper and lower case);
- analysing the performance and security of the site (e.g. page load speed);
- nalysis of how the site is used (e.g. where users log in, time spent on specific subpages, most frequently searched information);
- přadvertising customisation. We will not show you the same adverts over and over again.
What types of cookies do we use?
The cookies we use can be divided into two groups: session cookies, i.e. files that remain on your device until you log out or turn off your web browser. Persistent cookies, i.e. cookies that remain on your device for a certain period of time or until they are manually deleted.
However, some cookies used on IONT tech do not come from our website (so-called first-party cookies). IONT tech also uses third-party cookies (e.g. Google) - the retention of these files often has its own separate rules. Google's cookie policy can be found here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies?hl=cs
On what basis can we use cookies?
We may use cookies that need to be installed or are already installed on your device based on your consent. This consent is given within the settings of your web browser. Most browsers automatically accept cookies by default. You can change this setting to block the automatic storage of cookies or to receive information whenever a cookie is sent to your device. You can change or delete cookies in your browser settings. Information on how to do this can be found here:
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is sent, or you can turn off all cookies. Every browser is a little different, so check your browser's Help menu to find out the correct way to edit cookies. We do not currently support Do Not Track signals as there is no industry standard for compliance.
What about personal data?
Cookies are not a way for us to identify you. Therefore, they are not generally personal data. However, sometimes the information contained in them, especially in combination with other data, may be considered personal data. This data is used by IONT tech exclusively for the purposes and under the conditions set out in this document and in the ."Privacy Policy“.
