Frequently asked questions
Who installs IONT tech stations?
IONT tech develops and manufactures the stations. Installation, commissioning and inspection are carried out by certified IONT installation partners across the Czech Republic. After your enquiry we will put you in touch with a suitable partner.
How much does installation cost?
The price depends on the site: cable length and route, circuit protection, the state of the distribution board and the station type. The partner prepares an exact quote after a site visit or based on photos.
Is the inspection included?
Yes. After installation the partner commissions and tests the station and issues an inspection report to Czech standards and a handover protocol.
What do you need for an enquiry?
The address, photos of the installation site and the distribution board, the approximate distance from the board and the main breaker rating. The car model and whether you have solar also help.
How do you handle service and warranty?
We provide service directly as the manufacturer: remote diagnostics, technician visits and spare parts from our own production. The device has a 2-year warranty and the power electronics a 3-year warranty.
