Built for multi-user operation
MID billing meters
Each output has its own MID-certified energy meter. Energy delivered can be billed verifiably or allocated to employees or guests.
AFIR payment
When operated on an OCPP back end, the display shows a QR code for payment. The station complies with the AFIR regulation for public charging.
7″ display
Charging information, QR code and static images or video while idle. A vandal-resistant button switches the language.
OCPP and power sharing
LAN, OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1, over-the-air updates (OTA). Load Balance shares the supply capacity between stations (requires IONT meter).
RFID and autonomous mode
Access via 13.5 MHz RFID cards and tags, or autonomous operation without authorisation.
Protection on every output
EV RCD (AC 30 mA + DC 6 mA) for each output; no Type B RCD needed. Temperature sensors stop charging if it overheats.

Both configurations are PREMIUM AFIR versions with the same equipment. Only the outputs differ.

Two Type 2 sockets for the vehicle’s own cable. Supply 3× 400 V or 230 V.

Public charging with payment without registration
Since 13 April 2024, newly installed public charging points in the EU must allow ad hoc payment without registration or a contract.
A physical payment terminal is mandatory for DC stations from 50 kW. For lower-power AC stations, secure online payment is sufficient, for example via a dynamic QR code.
When operated on an OCPP back end, the e:car WALL PRO shows the QR code directly on its display. The driver selects an output, pays on their phone and charging starts.
Built to resist vandalism
- Solid stainless steel body and metal front panel, lockable with shaped locks.
- The front panel can be painted in RAL colours or carry your company graphics.
- The display is not a touchscreen; it is operated with a mechanical vandal-resistant button.
- Type 2 sockets are recessed deep into the body of the station.
- IP54 for indoor and outdoor use, operation from −30 to +50 °C.
Mounting panel and stand
The station mounts onto a sheet-steel mounting panel that is fitted during construction. The station itself is then installed quickly, and the panel withstands rough handling. It is wall-mounted with a mounting kit, or placed in open space on a steel stand. Installation and commissioning are carried out by certified IONT partners.

Which back end does the station work with?
