IONT tech charging stations offer Smart charging management including Load Balance.
This enables efficient management of electricity within your system, which is useful not only for preventing overloading while charging your car, but also for maximising the use of energy from your photovoltaic system.
The Load Balance function means that the charging station for electric vehicles can operate in three different modes:
Normal mode: The station adapts to the current amount of electricity the building or site needs. When the (building's) consumption increases, the station reduces its power output and charging speed, and when the (building's) consumption drops, the station increases its power output and charging speed.
Eco mode: The station tries to make the most of energy from renewable sources, such as solar panels. If there is enough energy available from the solar panels, the station tries to match the charging power to the available energy, which would otherwise flow entirely into the distribution grid.
Boost mode: The station charges the electric vehicle as quickly as possible, regardless of current electricity needs. This mode is used when you need to charge an electric vehicle quickly.
This enables the efficient and flexible use of electricity based on current needs and available energy sources.

Did you know that ...
With the LAN module you can upgrade your station's control computer and gain a reliable network connection via cable. Although the control computer comes equipped with wireless Wi-Fi connectivity as standard, sometimes a reliable wired connection is the optimal choice. With the LAN module you gain stability and data transfer speed, which is ideal for demanding tasks and connections that cannot be affected by interference or signal loss. This lets you manage your charging station worry-free and ensure a reliable network connection.
