You can use state support for a smart IONT tech charging station – from the „Oprav dům po babičce“ grant for family houses to support for businesses. Our stations meet the key condition of dynamic power management.

Two paths to support

Households & family houses

New Green Savings

CZK 10,000 per charging point
  • „Oprav dům po babičce“ grant: CZK 10,000 per charging point as part of the photovoltaics grant; in this programme PV is only supported together with insulation.
  • Interest-free loan (NZÚ 2026+): the charging station as an eligible expense, usually together with photovoltaics – the state pays the interest.
  • NZÚ Light for low-income households.
  • Also applies to apartment buildings (interest-free loan).

Condition: a station with dynamic power management. Project applications from June 2026, bank loan selection from September 2026.

Businesses & self-employed

Electromobility Guarantee (NRB)

CZK 50,000–150,000 per station
  • Financial contribution per charging station of up to CZK 50,000 (AC), CZK 100,000 (DC up to 40 kW) or CZK 150,000 (more powerful DC), and up to CZK 300,000 per vehicle.
  • Free guarantee of up to 70 % of the loan principal (for 5 years).
  • Guaranteed loan for a station: AC up to CZK 100k, DC up to 40 kW up to CZK 250k, DC over 40 kW up to CZK 400k.
  • For entrepreneurs of any size including sole traders (de minimis regime).

Status: the 1st call is exhausted and applications are closed. A follow-up call has not been decided yet – we will let you know as soon as it opens.

Public charging: OPD3 calls (autumn 2026)

The Czech Ministry of Transport has opened two calls in the Transport Operational Programme (OPD3) to support charging infrastructure from the EU Cohesion Fund. Applications close on 7 December 2026.

Fast charging

OPD3 – call No. 44

up to 70 % · CZK 100M
  • Fast and ultra-fast charging stations for passenger cars.
  • At least 6 fast or ultra-fast stations per project.
  • Applications 9 Oct – 7 Dec 2026 (by 14:00).
  • Competitive call, max. 2 applications per company (ID).
Towns and cities

OPD3 – call No. 45

up to 80 % · CZK 150M
  • Standard (AC) charging stations in towns and cities.
  • At least 20 charging points per project.
  • Applications 2 Oct – 7 Dec 2026 (by 14:00).
  • Competitive call, max. 2 applications per company (ID).

Dynamic power management (Load Balance)

Grant programmes only support stations that can manage charging power according to the grid status, the building's consumption and the reserved capacity. The e:car WALL SMART and PREMIUM wallboxes do exactly that, have their own meter on the main feed (they detect photovoltaic surplus) and communicate with other manufacturers' systems too. We supply the inspection report and datasheet for your application.

Frequently asked questions about wallbox and charging station grants

Who is eligible for a wallbox grant?
Households and family houses use the New Green Savings programme (the „Oprav dům po babičce“ grant, an interest-free loan, or NZÚ Light for low-income applicants). Businesses and the self-employed used the Electromobility Guarantee at the National Development Bank. Apartment buildings and the public sector fall under New Green Savings (interest-free loan). We are happy to advise what suits you.
How much can you get for a wallbox?
Family houses („Oprav dům po babičce“): CZK 10,000 per charging point as part of the photovoltaics grant (only together with insulation). NZÚ 2026+: the charging station as an eligible expense of the interest-free loan, usually together with photovoltaics. Businesses (Electromobility Guarantee): a financial contribution of up to CZK 50,000 per AC station, CZK 100,000 per DC station up to 40 kW or CZK 150,000 per more powerful DC station, and a free guarantee of up to 70 % of the loan principal.
How do you apply for a charging station grant?
Under New Green Savings you apply electronically via the AIS SFŽP system, usually together with a photovoltaics application; you need the invoice, the inspection report and proof of the station's dynamic power management. Businesses applied under the Electromobility Guarantee at the National Development Bank via their financing bank or leasing. We help with the documents and the station offer.
Does the wallbox grant apply to the self-employed?
Yes. The Electromobility Guarantee was intended for entrepreneurs of any size, including sole traders. However, its 1st call is currently exhausted; we will let you know once a follow-up call is announced.
Is the wallbox grant open in 2026?
New Green Savings – yes: family houses via „Oprav dům po babičce“, with bank interest-free loans selected from September 2026. The Electromobility Guarantee for businesses has its 1st call exhausted and a follow-up has not been decided yet.
Do IONT tech wallboxes meet the grant conditions?
Yes. The e:car WALL SMART and PREMIUM wallboxes offer dynamic power management (Load Balance) and their own meter on the main feed to detect photovoltaic surplus – which the grant programmes require. We also supply the inspection report and datasheet needed for the application.
Are there grants for public charging stations too?
Yes. The Ministry of Transport has opened two OPD3 calls: No. 44 for fast-charging stations (up to 70 %, CZK 100M allocation) and No. 45 for standard charging stations in towns and cities (up to 80 %, CZK 150M allocation). Applications close on 7 December 2026. We supply stations that meet the conditions and can advise on operation.
