NZÚ 2025 Grants for Apartment Buildings

- Installation of charging stations for personal electric vehicles
- Additional equipment essential for operating the charging points
- Also available for listed heritage buildings
Please note! The installation of charging points is only supported in combination with:
- Insulation
- Solar systems
- Installation of heat sources
Who can apply?
Owners and developers of apartment buildings. You can find detailed information zde.
How much can you receive?
- An interest-free loan (NZÚ 2026+) – the charging station is an eligible expense of the loan, on which the state pays the interest.
- Support is usually provided in combination with photovoltaics.
- The condition is shared power management of the stations in the building (load management).
How do you submit an application?
- Only online through the AIS SFŽP ČR system
- By pressing the SUBMIT APPLICATION button
- You can apply before starting, during, or after completing the work
