NZÚ 2025 Grants for Apartment Buildings

- Installation of charging stations for personal electric vehicles
- Additional equipment essential for operating the charging points
- Also available for listed heritage buildings
Please note! The installation of charging points is only supported in combination with:
- Insulation
- Solar systems
- Installation of heat sources
Who can apply?
Owners and developers of apartment buildings. You can find detailed information zde.
How much can you receive?
- CZK 25,000 for every charging point installed
- The number of points supported may not exceed the number of residential units in the building
- The grant can be drawn in advance as an upfront payment
How do you submit an application?
- Only online through the AIS SFŽP ČR system
- By pressing the SUBMIT APPLICATION button
- You can apply before starting, during, or after completing the work
