Existing non-residential buildings with more than 20 parking spaces must provide at least 1 charging point per 10 spaces, or ducting for at least 50% of spaces where technically feasible, by 1 January 2027.
Non-residential buildings with car parks
The obligation under Section 167(e) of Building Act No. 283/2021 Coll. applies to existing non-residential buildings with more than 20 parking spaces.
Companies and production halls
Office buildings, factories, warehouses and logistics centres.
Retail and services
Shopping and entertainment centres, shops, hotels, cinemas.
Other non-residential buildings
For example zoos, sports venues and other buildings with car parks.

Under the Záruka Elektromobilita programme a charging station can receive up to CZK 50,000 (AC) or CZK 100,000 (DC up to 40 kW). The first call is exhausted; no second call has been decided yet.
